Situated in the historic Los Angeles neighborhood of Jefferson Park, this project works to merge contemporary detailing within a traditional context. Designed in response to HPOZ guidelines for commercial infill projects, 3101 Western Ave will provide 40 new units along with ground level retail and a rooftop deck.
